Quadpack once again puts packaging at the center of the cosmetic experience with Mahina Tottle, a proposal designed to transform the application of light facial care formulas. The new packaging, developed specifically for low-viscosity products such as serums and oils, incorporates a metallic roll-on applicator that provides a cooling effect on the skin and facilitates localized and controlled application.

With Mahina, Quadpack seeks to address some of the common limitations of conventional formats: imprecise dosages, product waste, and applications that can be uncomfortable or cause spills. To do this, the tottle integrates an opening and closing system that allows the product to be kept under control and applied cleanly.

One of the differential elements of the proposal is its metallic ball applicator, which provides an immediate sensation of freshness upon contact with the skin. The roll-on movement also allows the formula to be gently massaged during application, turning a functional gesture into a sensory experience associated with self-care.

The name Mahina, inspired by a lunar deity in Hawaiian mythology, refers precisely to this sensation of freshness and the experience that Quadpack seeks to generate with the packaging.

The company has also focused on the flexibility and circularity of the packaging. Its modular design facilitates the separation of the different components, as well as their refilling and subsequent recycling. In this way, Mahina Tottle is presented as a platform that combines premium features with greater adaptability to the new sustainability demands of the cosmetic market.

We created Mahina Tottle to rethink how light skincare formulas, such as oils and serums, are applied and to address the limitations of traditional packaging,” explains Mateia Crippa, Senior Category Specialist at Quadpack. According to the company, the combination of the roll-on system with the metallic applicator enhances both the sensory experience and the localized application of the formula, while the modular and refillable nature of the packaging responds to the growing demand for sustainable, scalable, and premium packaging solutions.

With Mahina Tottle, Quadpack thus reinforces its commitment to developing packaging that not only protects and dispenses the formula, but also actively participates in the user experience of the cosmetic product.
