The international fragrance house Eurofragance presents its Get in the Mood! collection focused on the Asian market at in-cosmetics Asia 2026, which takes place from November 3 to 5 in Bangkok, Thailand. Driven by Eurofragance's EuroMotion® technology, the proposal shows how fragrances can bring an emotional dimension to beauty and personal care products.
The collection arrives at a time when the beauty and personal care industry in Thailand continues to grow, with retail sales reaching THB 270 billion in 2025, up 6% from the previous year. Faced with this growing demand, fragrances offer brands opportunities to differentiate their products through distinctive sensory experiences, while consumer interest in emotional well-being and self-care continues to influence innovation in beauty and personal care. According to Mintel's Global Beauty & Personal Care Predictions 2026 report, 58% of consumers in Asia-Pacific consider self-care rituals, such as a relaxing shower, an increasingly important way to relieve stress.
Connecting perfume and emotion through EuroMotion®
Following its European debut at in-cosmetics Global in Paris, Get in the Mood! now arrives in Asia in a new regional expression, with fragrances developed to reflect local preferences. The Get in the Mood! collection responds to consumers' growing interest in positive emotions and mood-enhancing experiences, and explores how fragrances can evoke six emotional states: Balance, Focus, Confidence, Joy, Attraction, and Euphoria.
The collection is powered by EuroMotion®, Eurofragance's proprietary technology designed to reinforce positive emotional states through perfume. It combines selected mood-enhancing ingredients with Euphorion®, the company's captive ingredient that activates the trigeminal nerve and olfactory system, to generate perceptible sensory effects. This combination is designed to enhance the intensity of the ingredients and create a more immersive olfactory experience.
Bringing Asian preferences to life through fragrances
with four new personal care fragrances specifically developed for the region, along with fine perfumery fragrances adapted to Asian preferences, the collection is inspired by highly valued ingredients in the region, such as guava, hibiscus, green tea, and rice.
"There is no single definition of the Asian consumer. Preferences vary greatly across the region, so understanding the local market is fundamental when creating fragrances that connect with consumers," says Balwinder Rolley, Managing Director of Eurofragance for the Asia-Pacific region. "For Get in the Mood!, we have combined our global perfumery expertise with ingredients familiar to the Asian consumer to create fragrances that are relevant and distinctive for local brands and their consumers," he concludes.
At the stand, Euphoria is presented as the 'ultimate' emotion, inspired by the optimism, energy, and stimulating potential of fragrances. One of the ingredients that evokes this emotional state is guava, an increasingly demanded tropical note that captures this emotional peak with its vibrant and juicy brightness. The guava profile is also fresh and suitable for the Asian climate.
Six olfactory creations are presented in Euphoria:
- Euphoric Obsession: a fruity fine perfumery fragrance with notes of nectarine, magnolia, and sandalwood.
- Hibiscus Wonder: a floral fragrance for shower gel with notes of hibiscus, pomegranate, and ambrette seeds.
- Berry Rush: a fruity body sorbet fragrance with notes of raspberry, freesia, and cashmere.
