L'Oréal associates with Hotel Shilla and Anchor Equity to create a brand of luxury

L'Oréal joins with a bottom of Korean investments, and with Hotel Shilla with the aim to give form to a new mark 'beauty' in the sector of the luxury.

The multinational L'Oréal has joined beside Hotel Shilla and the Korean signature Anchor Equity Partners to create booth a new brand 'beauty' of luxury focused especially in the sector of the Asian beauty, and on the pillars of the natural cosmetic and the craftsmanship. The launching will take advantage of the increasing popularity of the beauty, the care of the skin and the cosmetics of South Korea in Asia.

Although Shilla Duty Free is the company matrix of this fusion, the three that will conform this new mark have an egalitarian proportion of the future signature. Each company of this conglomerate fulfils a function: L'Oréal will act like "the expert beauty", Shilla will be the retail marketing venue of luxury, and Anchor Equity Partners will be the economic backrest that will need this new mark.
