CPL Aromas, together with the company Plant Lipids, has collaborated in the renovation and improvement of a school in Kelasuro, Guandiapet Taluk, India. This initiative is part of both companies' commitment to empowering the local community and strengthening and promoting education in the region.
The school serves as a safe space for rural communities in the territory and the improvement had become an urgent need. The school's facilities needed to be improved and it was a priority to improve the quality of life for the children. Much of the infrastructure, including the classrooms themselves, toilets and bathrooms, and the kitchen, were damaged or in poor condition, limiting the quality of education and even affecting student safety.
Therefore, together, CPL Aromas and Plant Lipids have helped to improve the situation and radically change this. The project, which is already underway, includes converting classrooms into smart classrooms, with the incorporation of technologies, new toilets for boys and girls, improvements to the kitchen area and the hand washing area, as well as the creation of a new stage and new equipment. These improvements have been designed to create a safe, inspiring and dignified space that promotes teaching.
This collaboration reflects the values of both companies and they hope to generate an impact on the community that extends over a long period of time. The project has been supported by local stakeholders.
