The Japanese company of cosmetics has announced by means of a press release that will divert the process of manufacture of his products that comprise the personnel care.
In July of the paado year, Shiseido decided to derive the manufacture of his line of personal care to FTS, a corporation funded indirectly by CVC Capital Partners. The Japanese company that explains already with more than 120 years of history, accepted this operation by a figure that approached to 1.5 trillion dollars, under the name of FTS (Fine Today Shiseido). In this new company,Shiseido had a participation of the 35 % and CVC Asia V purchased the 65 % like a conjoint company. Along this year, the company has been supplying of products of personnel care to the factories of Japon (Kuki) and Vietnam, and will finish converting, as it has announced the company in the centre of production.
The transfer of the production is foreseen that it make the next year, specifically, in the first quarter of 2023. Besides, the company also plans to transfer the capitaltotal of the subsidiary Shiseido Vietnam Inc to APCH, in the second half of 2023, although it has to be still approved and fulfil all the pertinent requirements of the Law Antimonopolio.
