The multinational fragrance house Eurofragance has inaugurated its first Creative Center in Indonesia, strengthening its regional presence and innovation capabilities in Asia-Pacific. This new center is located in Arkadia Green Park, in South Jakarta, the new facility represents an investment of 1 million euros (approximately 19.27 billion Indonesian rupiah) and will function as a regional hub for co-creation, formulation, and collaboration with clients in fine perfumery, home, and personal care.

The opening comes at a time of rapid growth in Indonesia's fragrance market, driven by increased consumer sophistication and demand for locally inspired perfumes. According to industry data, the Southeast Asian market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) exceeding 3% until 2030, positioning Indonesia as one of the most dynamic markets in the region.

Joining Eurofragance's global network of Creative Centers in Barcelona, Dubai, Mexico, India, and Singapore, the Jakarta facility strengthens the company's ability to deliver locally inspired olfactory solutions, backed by its global expertise and technical standards. The center features state-of-the-art equipment for perfumery, evaluation, and applications, bringing the company's creative and technical expertise closer to clients in Indonesia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

“Indonesia is at the heart of the Southeast Asian fragrance landscape, a market full of creativity, cultural diversity, and growing consumer sophistication,” says Balwinder Rolley, APAC General Manager at Eurofragance. “Establishing a creative and technical hub here allows us to collaborate more closely with our partners, bring concepts from idea to point of sale more quickly, and design perfumes that reflect local tastes and preferences,” she adds.

With **more than 770 m² of surface area**, the center will operate under PT. Euronindo Fragance Internusa and integrates Eurofragance's proprietary technologies such as EuroCaps® for long-lasting fragrance release and EuroPure® for odor neutralization**. These innovations offer brands high-performance, science-based solutions that enhance both product quality and consumer experience in beauty, home, and personal care.** In line with Eurofragance's commitment to sustainable innovation, the Jakarta facility adopts environmentally responsible practices in formulation, sourcing, and operations, from renewable raw materials to energy-efficient processes.

Beyond the creation of perfumes, the center will act as a training and talent space, supporting the recruitment and development of skills in Indonesia's growing fragrance industry. It brings together a multidisciplinary team of perfumers, evaluators, and application experts who work alongside marketing and sales specialists to translate consumer insights into differentiated olfactory solutions.

Edy Chandra, Country Manager of Eurofragance Indonesia, adds: “Jakarta is an obvious choice for our expansion. It is where trends are born and evolve. Having a Creative Center here allows us to immerse ourselves in Indonesian culture and create fragrances that are not only high quality but also truly meaningful to local consumers”.

The opening of the Jakarta Creative Center follows the formal establishment of Eurofragance Indonesia in 2023 and adds to other regional milestones, including the launch of Creative Centers in Mumbai in 2024 and Singapore in 2016. Together, these advancements demonstrate the company's sustained commitment to the Asia-Pacific region and its ambition to grow through customer-centric innovation and local knowledge
