This year 2025 has meant a tangible year in the progress of the company's sustainability. In the report, they have presented the company's most important achievements in the social, environmental, and governmental dimensions, highlighting the Coster Group's commitment to sustainability and long-term creation for all stakeholders.
The environmental area continues to improve within the group. It has achieved key improvements such as a 58% reduction in scope 1 and 2 emissions compared to the 2021 baseline; the confirmation that, for the second consecutive year, the electricity consumption of all facilities comes 100% from renewable sources; a 75% reduction in waste sent to landfill compared to 2022; and a 17% reduction in water consumption during the same period. Throughout the year, the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) also approved four climate targets, further strengthening the company's decarbonization roadmap. In addition, almost 500 tons of post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastics were incorporated into Coster products, supporting the Group's commitment to the circular economy and resource efficiency.
Innovation has remained a key pillar for the group's sustainability strategy. During 2025, the company has continued to expand its portfolio of solutions that have been designed from the product side with environmental benefits. These developments include mBOV, the market's first "bag-on-valve" system that incorporates an integrated dosing mechanism; the CosterEco Regulator, developed to extend the use of compressed gas propellants to demanding formulations; Leaf, an all-plastic dispensing pump made entirely of polyolefins; and Squeezer, an all-plastic single-material pressure sprayer.
The report also highlights the commitment to people development, responsible business practices, and social impact. In 2025, the company completed over 35,000 hours of training across the organization, equivalent to 31 hours per employee, while further strengthening its health and safety culture through structured monitoring and reporting systems. The company also expanded its social responsibility initiatives through the CosterCares program and conducted four-pillar-based SMETA audits in multiple centers and countries.
