This acquisition by Lluch Essence is part of our Strategic Plan, we announce the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Feels SAS, a company based in Grasse, France, which will strengthen our Contract Manufacturing division.
This operation expands Lluch Essence's industrial capabilities and drives its international expansion, allowing the company to offer its clients more complete, flexible solutions tailored to their needs.
