The Spanish Association of Executives and Directors (EJE&CON) and Beauty Cluster have signed a collaboration agreement that incorporates the cluster as an allied entity of the #AquíEstánEllas initiative, a platform created to increase the presence of women experts in sectoral debates, technical forums, and media, ensuring that diversity of voices is present in all opinion spaces.

Thanks to the agreement, Beauty Cluster commits to avoiding all-male panels, promoting the registration of its professionals on the platform, and using #HereTheyAre as a reference tool. Additionally, it will feature the "Allied Entity" seal and a presence on the official website.

In the words of Marisa Estévez, president of EJE&CON, "the beauty industry is full of female talent at all levels. However, it does not always occupy the spaces of visibility it deserves. With the accession of Beauty Cluster, we are taking a firm step so that the experts in the sector are at the center of the debates that set trends and define the future of innovation".

For her part, Marta Panera, Head of Marketing & Communication at FOREO and member of the Beauty Cluster's Board of Directors, has emphasized that “at the Beauty Cluster, we are committed to equity and the real representation of talent. Our sector is profoundly diverse and plural, and our responsibility is to ensure this diversity is also reflected in spaces of decision-making, dialogue, and visibility. Joining #AquíEstánEllas reinforces a commitment we have always had: to foster an ecosystem where women occupy their rightful place and where talent, without labels, can develop and be heard”.

The #AquíEstánEllas initiative was born from Lidia Zommer to offer a structured response to the absence of women on professional panels, generating a verifiable database of specialists and making it easier for institutions and companies to quickly identify female talent.
