Two Poles, the cosmetics brand born in April 2022 by Anna Fuster celebrates its fourth anniversary reaching an accumulated turnover of 7.5 million euros, which represents a 7-fold growth since its inception, and multiplying x10 the sector's expansion rate in Spain.
E-commerce continues to be Two Poles' main source of income and continues to represent its largest business weight. One of the great indicators of Two Poles' strength is its customer retention, and its repeat purchase rate is 48%. "One of our greatest assets is retention. This year we have reached 48.8% in the repeat purchase rate, a very high percentage for our sector. We are very proud because that indicates to us that the product is really good, it works and it is liked," affirms founder and CEO Anna Fuster.
Two Poles increases its presence in pharmacies
In addition to increasing its presence in the pharmacy channel, Two Poles has increased its B2B turnover by more than 150%. The brand has tripled the physical points of sale where it is present and has consolidated itself as an emerging reference in selective sales spaces, specialized channels, and large department stores such as El Corte Inglés, where it has experienced growth of more than 120%.
The company has also multiplied its team by seven and has made additions to the marketing, commercial, and international expansion department. During 2025 the brand has continued to grow in ecommerce, but it has been its physical expansion and the consolidation of a robust commercial team that has marked one of the biggest transformations of the year, along with the development of long-term B2B relationships with key partners in the pharmacy channel.
Two Poles has as a priority in its next steps to intensify its presence in more physical points of sale in Spain and in key European markets; to boost B2B growth and explore partnerships that support its internationalization, especially in countries where it has already begun its implementation via ecommerce.
