RNB, a laboratory specialized in the development and manufacturing of beauty and skin care products, closed 2025 with a turnover of 301 million euros, 21% more than the previous year. This figure means that the company exceeds 300 million euros in revenue for the first time, as reported by Expansión.
The growth is accompanied by an ambitious industrial expansion plan. RNB contemplates more than 100 million euros in investment between 2025 and 2030 in its facilities in La Pobla de Vallbona, a town located in Valencia, with the aim of expanding its production capacity, accelerating innovation, and strengthening its logistical capabilities. During 2025, the company already allocated 23 million euros to new infrastructure, productive technology, automation, and logistical improvements.
One of the main projects of the plan is the construction of a new business complex of more than 50,000 square meters, located opposite the current facilities. The expansion will practically double RNB's surface area, reaching around 100,000 square meters, and significantly increase its industrial capacity. The project seeks to respond to the growth in both national and international demand and, especially, to the needs of Mercadona, one of the company's main clients.
Industrial growth and employment
RNB's expansion will also have an impact on its labor structure. The company increased its workforce by 25% during 2025, reaching 1,200 professionals, and expects to approach 2,000 employees in the coming years as the expansion project progresses. The industrial strategy also incorporates investments linked to sustainability. Among the already operational infrastructures is a new industrial water treatment plant, designed to optimize water management and advance in the reuse of resources within a circular economy model.
The jump in turnover and the new investment cycle place RNB at a stage of greater industrial scale. The combination of greater productive capacity, automation, innovation, and employment growth reflects the commitment of Spanish cosmetic manufacturers to gain dimension to respond to an increasingly broad demand and the international expansion of their clients.
