Perfumes y Diseño enters the cosmetics market. The perfumery group acquires a new cosmetics brand: Twelve Beauty. Twelve Beauty is a Spanish brand of natural and scientific cosmetics founded in 2012 by Pedro Català, a pharmacist and doctor in cosmetic chemistry from the University of Siena. 

The Spanish group has indicated that this is a new strategic step with the majority acquisition of Twelve Beauty. This operation marks the beginning of a new independent business unit within the group focused on conscious beauty, responsible innovation, and international expansion.

With the purchase of Twelve Beauty, Perfumes y Diseño fully enters the cosmetics sector and begins to distribute it in Spain.
