L'Oréal continues to grow its business. The French cosmetics giant is finalizing its latest acquisition: Medik8. The figure, according to the Financial Times, would reach 1,000 million euros.

Medik8 would be about to be integrated into L'Oréal's dermatological cosmetics division. The brand is a British skincare firm and specialist in anti-aging care. The dermatological cosmetics segment has become a major business muscle for the company, reaching sales that have practically exceeded 2,100 million euros in the first quarter of 2025, 3.5% more than the previous year.

Medik8 was founded in the United Kingdom and has recorded a turnover of around 52 million euros, with a pre-tax profit of 15.6 million. Since 2021, the investment holding company Inflexion, the majority shareholder of Medik8, has supported its expansion with new innovation facilities and its arrival in the US market.
