Kao Corporation has recorded consolidated sales of over 6.84 million euros, representing a 3.5% year-on-year growth up to September and an almost 14% increase in operating income.
As the Japanese company has reported, the cosmetics division has grown by more than 4.5%, while the chemicals division has increased by 7.6% compared to the same period last year. The strongest market has been Japan, with a 5% increase in sales demand that has helped to offset declines in Asia and America.
The results, as the company has explained, respond to the medium-term strategic plan approved to achieve the 2027 objectives.
