Beiersdorf kicks off 2026 with changes in its management. The German company has announced who will be its new general manager for the Iberian territory: Jorge Jiménez. As the company points out, this is a move that consolidates the German company's commitment to internal talent and strategic continuity in two key markets within the European territory.
Jorge Jiménez takes over from Ana María Morales and assumes this position after having led other areas within the group, such as marketing in emerging markets for Nivea. Furthermore, Jiménez has managed markets in Latin America, North Africa, the Middle East, India, Russia, Turkey, and Southeast Asia.
"It is an honor to take on this new challenge. I face it with great responsibility and enthusiasm. After more than twenty years at Beiersdorf, it is a pleasure to continue growing within the company, now leading Spain and Portugal." In this new role, Jiménez will report directly to the General Manager of Southern Europe at Beiersdorf, Anna Grassano-Rauch. The central focus of Jiménez's new mandate, as he has stated, is innovation, talent development, and leadership under sustainable growth.
