The multinational fragrance house Eurofragance has appointed Felipe Araya as new general manager for the Europe, Africa and Turkey (EAT) region, a strategic move that strengthens the company's leadership structure. This new position is a consequence of the appointment of Joan Pere Jiménez as executive director and of the new direction and objectives he has set for Eurofragance.

Araya has more than 20 years of international experience in management, sales, and marketing in the fine perfumery, beauty, and luxury industry. Since his incorporation to Eurofragance in March 2025, as sales director for EAT, he has played a key role in driving business growth, expanding commercial activity, and strengthening relationships with clients in the region.

His career includes senior positions in the beauty and perfumery sector, with management roles at Perris Group and Angelini Beauty, where he built a strong track record driving commercial strategies and promoting customer-centric innovation. Before joining Eurofragance, he was global sales and marketing director and deputy executive director at Unicskin and Luxmetique. Araya holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Barcelona and completed the PDG Executive Program at IESE Business School and the DIBEX Executive Program at ISDI Business School.

The newly created position of general manager of EAT aims to consolidate Eurofragance's regional leadership, strengthen proximity with clients and support the company's long-term strategy. “I am grateful for the trust that the management team and the founding family of Eurofragance have placed in me to lead EAT,” states Araya. And he continues: “I take on this challenge with a clear vision: to strengthen relationships with clients and reinforce Eurofragance's positioning”.

The CEO of Eurofragance, Joan Pere Jiménez, comments: “Felipe has been fundamental in strengthening our commercial presence in Europe, Africa, and Turkey. He has expanded our alliances in retail, supported key clients, and spearheaded sales development in the region. His strategic vision, people-centric leadership, and ability to mobilize teams and resources will continue to add value to our clients and drive the EAT region towards its next phase of growth.”
