Calatayud has a solid professional career in the commercial field, with more than 15 years of experience in the personal care and perfumery sector, highlighting his last thirteen years at RNB COSMÉTICOS. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Valencia, having completed part of his studies at the University of Turin (Italy), and has an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa. His profile combines a deep knowledge of the sector with a clear focus on results, strategic vision, and a great capacity to establish relationships of trust and long term with customers.
From Essential, the incorporation of Rafa responds to the company's desire to strengthen its structure and promote collaboration with strategic partners. His experience and vision will allow the company's value proposition to be expanded, alliances with key accounts to be strengthened, and new growth opportunities to be detected together with clients.
