Eurofragance strengthens its internal structure with a key move in its people management area. Alfonso Letosa, until now held the position of Global Talent Manager in the company, and this May has been appointed Senior Leadership Partner, thus beginning a new chapter focused on the development of systemic leadership.
In this new position, Letosa's responsibilities will be located at the nexus between talent and the growth of the organization. Her main task will be to accompany and support Eurofragance's leaders in their development journey, both individually and collectively. The new role of Letosa covers critical areas for the evolution of the firm, including leadership development, executive coaching, team effectiveness, and strategic talent and succession planning. Likewise, it will play a fundamental role in the company's culture and transformation strategy.
